Cancellation policy

You have the right to cancel this contract within before we ship it. After we ship it cancelation is possible but might incur fees. Please contact us asap if you are willing to cancel your order at info@foxmart.co.uk

Returns policy

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Shipping

We proudly offer FREE worldwide shipping via ePacket! Please note that we require 1 to 3 working days on average to fulfil your order before dispatching it. Rest-assured we are doing everything in our power to get your order to you as soon as possible! Once your order is dispatched, depending on your country or region, estimated delivery time is between 5 to 8 business days. Please consider any holidays that might impact delivery times.

Tracking your order

You will receive a confirmation email and/or text message, if you provided a mobile phone number, containing a tracking ID and a link to follow the journey of your package.

Wrong address disclaimer

It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that the shipping address entered is correct. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping time, so there is always a small window to correct an incorrect shipping address.
